Love this series and Aphrodite Hunt's sharp pen (or is it keyboard?) in erotica. This story is filled to overflowing with REAL BDSM. Not Fifty Shades lighthearted play, or toying with whips and chains, but real submissive training that leaps off the Kindle and bites you in the nose. this was just boring to me. I know this was supposed to be a fantasy story, but it just did nothing for me.
The whole series sucked. This was trash. Would not recommend. I like erotica but this was porn with no redeeming qualities. Stupid story (if you can even call it that), insipid characters. Waste of time and money. To think that someone is making money from this garbage!
not bad, liked the concept of the book, want to see what happens next, hope the book (series) doesn't drag out too long though.

Bought the whole book and only hot a part of it. I think this is a cheap shot for the steamy books to take. I enjoyed the author.
If you liked Anne Rice's "Beauty" series you'll love the Initiation series' by Aphrodite Hunt! These are true fantasy stories about sexual slavery and the ultimate in submission. If you like sinking deep and getting lost in the fantasy of erotica, this is the book for you! It really reminded me in a lot of ways of Anne Rice's Beauty series - including beautiful prose and achingly arousing description. I'm excited for more!
